I finally realize how important it is to look around and accept people for who they are. I've spent a lifetime holding myself and everyone else to impossible standards. For so long I felt that I couldn't accept myself. To those of you who at times I've rejected, hurt, and treated unkindly please read this and recognize it as my apology to you. I may have seemed stuck in my head. Obsessed with myself. It was all a disguise I wore well hiding the real me. Thank you for believing there was more underneath the surface and for your forgiveness.
