working on my fitness

I did it! I actually managed to avoid Starbucks for an entire day. I shook up the usual routine and only had water to drink today. This is major. For lunch I had a fruit cup and a chicken sandwich. It was only one day but I am really proud of myself. I just completed a thirty minute work out too. What a way to start the second half of 2008. Now all I have to do is keep up the excitement and intensity.
